The i mate JAQ3 has a 5-way joystick, an integrated 2 megapixel camera, music player, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, microSD memory expansion slot, CSD, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and much more. The device runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC Phone Edition AKU 3.2 and supports Wireless LAN (802.11b, 802.11g). The i mate JAQ3 measures 67.5 x 126 x 14.5mm and has got a solid weight of 160 grams.
